HOW TO ORDER

3 easy steps to order:

1: TO ORDER
• Choose your favourite crafts from the list
• Email to enghandcraft@gmail.com with the following details:
a. Preferred name
b. Contact number
c. Mailing address
d. Product codes / names

2: PAYMENT
• Upon receiving your order, email will be sent to you with the payment instructions and bank account number (Maybank or Hong Leong Bank).
• Email us once your transaction is done or send us your copy of bank slip
a. All goods are sold in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only at this moment
b. Full payment must be made within 3 working days upon confirmation order. Otherwise, the other will be cancelled.

3: DELIVERY + EXCHANGE POLICY
• Delivery wil be arrange within 5-7 days (max) upon receipt of full payment.
a. For orders within West M'sia, please add RM5.00 for postage fees and delivery charges.
b. For orders within East M'sia, please add RM8.00 for postage fees and delivery charges.
c. FREE delivery for orders with purchases of RM130.00 and above.
d. Goods sold are NEITHER REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please clarify all enquires before an order is made.
